We are seeking dedicated candidates for the position of Client Support Officer. The ideal applicant should have experience in customer service and a strong command of English.
In this role, you will respond to student applications, assess them accurately, and communicate with agents, students, and regional teams effectively. You will also conduct student interviews, build relationships with regional teams and partners, and manage your workload efficiently under pressure.
This is a full-time work-from-home position with a salary ranging from ₹20,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
