Job Description
Prasanthi Hospital is on the lookout for a committed Front Office Executive to improve our patient care experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with the completion of medical forms. Additional duties include managing multi-line phone calls, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, hold a diploma in hospital administration, and have a relevant degree. This is a full-time position with both day and night shifts available.
