Job Description
We are currently looking for a meticulous and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and ensuring value for money while upholding our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost management.
