Job Description
Karuna Management Services Ltd is looking for a Front Office Executive with experience in the medical industry to join our dynamic team. The office operates from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM with flexible 9.5-hour shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth
- Handling phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Assisting patients with forms and addressing concerns
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Responding to emergencies with urgency
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,00.00/month plus benefits.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Location: Bonhooghly, Kolkata.
