Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security functions at our resort. This role involves managing the in-house security team, monitoring CCTV surveillance, and ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in incident management, emergency response, and staff training.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5–7 years of security management experience, preferably within the hospitality sector, along with strong leadership skills. Additional qualifications include proficiency in computer systems, knowledge of fire safety, and the ability to be on-call as needed.
