Job Description
Lion Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior School Counsellor to join our team in Delhi NCR, where we prioritize the integration of healthcare and education. In this role, you will facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions to support students in managing academic stress and enhancing their emotional well-being.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing workshops focused on mental health, collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting assessments, and leading crisis intervention initiatives. Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in school counseling, particularly in healthcare settings, along with excellent communication skills.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹400,00.00 to ₹600,00.00 per annum, in addition to benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
