Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to engage with our international customers across chat-based platforms. Key responsibilities include explaining our services, addressing queries, and persuading potential buyers. Successful candidates will be expected to meet weekly sales targets through diligent follow-ups and product knowledge, while maintaining prompt and high-quality responses throughout their 8-hour shifts. Daily performance reporting to team leads is essential.

Who can apply? Candidates aged 18 to 32, 12th Pass or Non-Science Graduates, with basic English writing skills. Freshers are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided. Preference will be given to candidates outside Pune. Strong motivation to earn and the ability to handle pressure are crucial.
