Job Description

Formula Group is seeking an experienced Executive Car Rental Operations Manager to oversee our fleet and driver operations. In this key role, you will manage vehicle logistics, maintain accurate records, and engage with clients through phone and email communications. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vehicular movements, interviewing and training drivers, and generating detailed reports using Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation management, preferably with experience from the Air Force (Trade: Police/MTD/MT-Fit). Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, along with excellent observational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The successful applicant must thrive under pressure, demonstrate accountability for customer needs, and possess the ability to make informed decisions.
