Job Description
Tratec Engineers is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support our production team. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring various production activities while upholding our quality standards. Key responsibilities include facilitating process improvements and collaborating with different departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. We welcome freshers and applicants with up to 1 year of experience. A foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of ₹15,00, along with benefits such as leave encashment and paid sick leave. The working hours are during the day, commencing on July 25, 2025.
