Job Description
Pragati Leather Craft Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a qualified Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives at our leather accessory production facility in Kolkata. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all products meet our stringent internal quality standards, conduct thorough quality testing, and manage a dedicated team of QC professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality control processes throughout all production stages.
- Ensure compliance with quality regulations and manage audits.
- Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Train and mentor QC staff.
Requirements:
- B. Com (Hons.) degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leather goods manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent team management abilities.
