Ernakulam Medical Centre (EMC) is looking for a proactive and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will facilitate effective communication and coordination among various departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, managing feedback, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with both front-office and back-office operations.
