Job Description
Futuretech Engineers is currently hiring Conventional Lathe Operators with experience levels from beginners to those with up to 5 years of experience.
Compensation is determined by experience, with salaries ranging from ₹16,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month. In addition, we provide free accommodation and subsidized meals.
Our benefits package includes annual bonuses, attendance incentives, health insurance, and coverage under ESIC & EPFO. This is a full-time, permanent position, which requires rotational shifts.
Additional compensation options include overtime pay and performance bonuses. The preferred educational qualification is a Secondary School Certificate (10th Pass) and the role requires in-person attendance.
