Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to become a part of our Non-Voice Process team at Coverself Benefits India Pvt. This position focuses on providing customer support and performing data entry tasks via email and chat—completely phone-free.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently respond to customer inquiries, conduct data entry and verification, resolve issues in accordance with company policies, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade or hold a degree, possess strong written English skills, demonstrate basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in BPO/KPO is preferred but not essential.
Salary: ₹18,866.00 – ₹29,966.00 per month
