Job Description
We invite you to join our team at IIFL Samasta Finance Limited as a Field Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing payment recovery for clients, and ensuring the maintenance of accurate records in accordance with legal standards.
Qualifications include a minimum education of +2, candidates must be under 30 years of age, and preference will be given to fresh graduates or those with Micro Finance Institution (MFI) experience. The starting salary is ₹12,00 for the initial two months, which will increase to ₹20,860 upon successful confirmation. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Nedumangad.
