Job Description
We are searching for a committed and skilled Scrum Master to enhance our team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promoting effective collaboration between development teams and stakeholders.
Your key duties will include coaching teams on Agile methodologies, eliminating roadblocks to progress, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will track project performance and report on relevant metrics.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong background in Agile practices, and outstanding problem-solving abilities. A Scrum Master certification is preferred but not mandatory.
