Job Description
Organization: Fruges IT Services
Location: Hitech City
Roles and Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer calls from various countries and providing exceptional product and service support.
Skills Required: Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities. The ability to effectively interact with and respond to customer inquiries is essential. Applicants should be prepared to work rotational and night shifts.
Salary Range: INR 3.0 L.P.A to 5.0 L.P.A + incentives.
Eligibility: A minimum of 1 year of international voice experience is required, and relevant experience documentation must be submitted.
This is an in-office position; remote work is not an option.
