Job Description
THE COVAI CAREERS is currently seeking a motivated and fluent Telugu-speaking individual to fill the position of Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, explain our products and services, and effectively resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Proficiency in Telugu is essential, while knowledge of English or Hindi will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to assist customers.
- Provide accurate information about products.
- Foster positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain detailed call logs and records.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹17,00/month
