Job Description
D.S. DUCTOFAB SYSTEMS PVT.LTD., a leading manufacturer of ductwork for the HVAC industry for over two decades, is urgently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Directors with daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Ensure timely payment of utilities and bills.
- Raise purchase orders and oversee deliveries.
- Handle banking and online payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Draft correspondence and manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing, strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month plus benefits.

- Able to Work in a Team
