Job Description
We are looking for a committed Placement Officer to enhance our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Offering career guidance to students and facilitating resume-building workshops.
- Collaborating with industry partners to create placement opportunities.
- Preparing students for interviews through mock sessions and targeted training.
- Monitoring student performance and maintaining accurate databases.
- Organizing campus recruitment events and job fairs.
- Tracking placement data and delivering constructive feedback to students.
