Job Description
Recruit & Grow is actively seeking a Freelance Recruiter to enhance our team! In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly understanding job descriptions and collaborating with clients to identify their hiring needs. Your primary tasks will include sourcing resumes from popular platforms such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
You will also screen resumes, conduct initial calls with candidates, and facilitate interview coordination with clients. We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience and are fluent in English. This position allows for remote work, with a salary ranging from ₹10,330.75 to ₹20,00.00 per month.
