Job Description
Flora Hospitality Group – India is on the lookout for a motivated Front Office Associate to elevate our guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, overseeing reservations, and delivering vital information to guests.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star property, or relevant degrees for recent graduates. Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this position.
