Job Description
LitSpark Solutions is in search of a highly detail-oriented and proactive HRBP and HRIS Specialist. The optimal candidate will possess 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations and HRIS implementation, coupled with a robust understanding of HR processes.
Your responsibilities will encompass leading HRIS implementation, managing daily HR operations, and promoting employee engagement initiatives. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential for this role.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹800,00.00 to ₹900,00.00 per annum, with required in-person attendance during the day shift.
