Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect located in Mumbai to lead presales and solution development for major outsourcing contracts exceeding $20 million in Total Contract Value (TCV). The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in application and multi-tower outsourcing, with a demonstrated ability to create innovative, client-focused solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will involve guiding the complete solutioning process for RFPs/RFIs, establishing governance frameworks, leading proposal defenses, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The preferred candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in IT services, a strong background in presales, and expertise in technologies such as SAP and GenAI.
