Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead the preparation and presentation of exceptional Continental dishes. This position involves supervising junior kitchen staff and ensuring the highest culinary standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute Continental dishes according to the menu.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen assistants and commis chefs.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Implement portion control and efficient stock rotation.
- Assist in the development of innovative recipes.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Continental cuisine, along with strong culinary and leadership abilities.
Compensation: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month | Benefits: Meals provided, Provident Fund.
