Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team at WatchYourHealth.com India Private Limited, located in Thane, Wagle Estate. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and patients, offering information about our Hypertension PSP, assisting with appointment scheduling, and enrolling patients post document verification.
Requirements: Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred. A minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate is required. Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
