Job Description
SARA INFOTECH is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented AR Callers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on medical claims with insurance companies within the US healthcare system. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the revenue cycle management (RCM) process, and a readiness to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance providers.
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and address issues related to denied claims.
- Accurately document call statuses while meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; preferable in Life Sciences.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of medical billing is an advantage.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month.
