Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a talented SPE-Claims HC professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Life and Annuity sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge in the Life and Annuity domain, particularly in Life and Annuities Insurance. This role requires night shifts and does not involve travel.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze claims, implement process enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance, provide exceptional customer service, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications: Candidates should have strong technical expertise, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency in claims management software. A Certified Life and Annuity Professional (CLAP) certification is preferred.
