Job Description
Kiara Lifestyle Clinic is looking for a dedicated Telecaller to manage patient inquiries and coordinate appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive information about our treatments and services, assist patients with appointment modifications, and track treatment outcomes while maintaining precise records.
In addition, the Telecaller will promote our clinic’s services, including skincare treatments and special promotions, and address any billing or insurance-related questions from patients.
