Abhidi Solution Private Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and effectively managing inquiries from both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) and 0-1.5 years of relevant recruitment experience, particularly within the IT sector. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT concepts.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between ₹25,00.00 and ₹30,00.00 per month, along with attractive benefits such as flexible scheduling, health insurance, and performance bonuses.
