Job Description
GoodSpace is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, guiding them through our financial solutions and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the branch.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Assist customers in checking their eligibility for various offerings.
- Support customers with documentation and KYC submissions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding services and application statuses.
- Gather customer feedback for ongoing improvement.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹300,00 – ₹600,00 per year
