COUNTAI PVT Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and scheduling efforts.
- Coordinate resources and manage vendor relationships.
- Track project progress and compile reports.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage changes in project scope and timelines.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of project coordination experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling pressure.
