Job Description
INDEL YAMAHA is currently looking for a meticulous and highly organized Back Office Executive to enhance our Service Center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, managing service-related documentation, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed service records and customer information.
- Process warranty claims and invoices efficiently.
- Coordinate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Assist in managing inventory.
- Prepare performance reports and address customer inquiries.
- Support HR functions while ensuring data accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
