Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of 5 to 7 DSTs, driving productivity and cultivating strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets. Key responsibilities include managing loan applications and supervising both direct and indirect teams to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle financing, preferably in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, or multi-utility vehicles.
– Familiarity with Sale-Purchase Brokers.
– A proactive, go-getter attitude.
– Strong customer orientation and self-motivation.
– Excellent relationship management skills.
