Job Description
We invite you to join our esteemed team at Fragrant Nature Resort in Kollam as a Front Office Executive. In this full-time position, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, facilitating seamless guest check-ins and check-outs while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include welcoming guests, supervising front office staff, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹17,00.00 to ₹19,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as complimentary meals and a Provident Fund. Please note that the position requires rotational shifts and in-person attendance.
