Job Description
Gurusoul Realty Private Limited is actively seeking a skilled Inbound Call Executive to become part of our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will:
- Professionally manage incoming customer calls
- Assess customer inquiries and provide precise information
- Effectively address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues
- Maintain comprehensive records of all calls and customer interactions
- Conduct follow-ups with customers when necessary
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for recent graduates. The salary offered ranges from ₹11,814.40 to ₹18,406.83 per month and includes health insurance benefits.
We prefer candidates available for daytime shifts. This role requires in-person presence.
