Job Description
Seneca Global is looking for detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executives to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for back-end operations, including email and chat support, data entry, and documentation management. Strong written communication and analytical skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Conduct data entry and validation tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues effectively.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹19,165.49 – ₹46,408.80 per month. Work Location: In-person.
