Job Description
Zenmed Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Patient Caller. We are specifically seeking a male candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Location: Chennai
Domain: US Healthcare – Medical Billing
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting insurance companies on behalf of physicians regarding claim statuses.
- Following up on outstanding claims and payments.
- Analyzing rejected claims.
- Adhering to established quality standards.
- Conducting insurance eligibility verification.

Requirements
