Job Description
Crown Veterinary Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as an EMR Receptionist, delivering outstanding client service while managing electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling appointments, and providing support to our veterinary team. Preferably, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in veterinary or medical environments.
Key responsibilities include greeting clients, addressing inquiries, updating patient records in the EMR system, and managing billing processes. Strong proficiency in office software and effective communication skills are essential. A genuine passion for animals and a compassionate personality are necessary attributes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹35,00 per month
