Job Description
Trinity International Study Abroad and Academy is looking for a committed Ticketing Staff member to oversee ticket transactions, manage bookings, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate will address inquiries efficiently, facilitate a seamless ticketing experience, and ensure the upkeep of our ticketing systems.
- Process bookings, cancellations, refunds, and reservations promptly.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and effectively resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and update ticketing software as necessary.
Qualifications: High school diploma and relevant industry experience in ticketing or customer service required. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹10,00.00 to ₹12,00.00 per month.
