Job Description
Join Mosahay as a Customer Support Executive in our Blended Voice Process. This full-time position is based in Pune, offering a rotational day shift (6 days working + 1 day off). We seek candidates fluent in English and either Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer support via phone, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. Candidates must have 1 year of BPO customer support experience and strong communication skills.
Salary ranges from ₹320,00 to ₹350,00 per year, based on experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
