Job Description
Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a skilled US Mortgage Professional with a solid understanding of the US Deposit Services process and the US banking life cycle. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, accompanied by exceptional customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree (excluding BCA or BSC in Computer Science) and possess proficient knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A willingness to work night shifts and flexibility for multiple work schedules are essential requirements for this role.
