Job Description
Watchyourhealth.com India Private Limited is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹17,00 to ₹21,00 per month and requires you to work during the day shift onsite.
As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance policies and resolving technical issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills are essential, as you will also assist the Management Information Systems (MIS) team with dashboard creation and report generation.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 0-3 years of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.
