Job Description
Hotel Kallely’s Park Inn is looking for a friendly and energetic Front Office Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage reservations efficiently.
- Facilitate check-ins, check-outs, and handle payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments.
Job Type: Full-time, Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month. Benefits include complimentary meals. Work location: In-person.
Requirements
