Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative duties, including:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff
• Managing office supplies
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Handling office correspondence
• Performing general clerical tasks
