Job Description
LanceSoft Inc. is looking for a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter (Entry Level) to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting cold calls, and scheduling interviews during night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, demonstrate outstanding English communication skills, and exhibit a strong desire to launch a career in the US Staffing industry.
