Job Role: Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide assistance with product, order, and service-related issues.
- Maintain professionalism while delivering accurate information.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Proficient in voice and chat support.
- Available for 24/7 shift work.
Salary: ₹15,00 to ₹17,00 CTC per month.
