Job Description
Acute Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support L2 Technician to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop and laptop operating systems, as well as email clients. Key responsibilities include creating OS images, mentoring L1 team members, and assuming leadership of the L1 team in the absence of the Team Leader. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to ensure smooth operations.
