Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is currently looking for a dedicated Service Officer to join our branch banking team. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing both cash and non-cash transactions, addressing customer inquiries regarding cash handling, demand drafts, and cheque deposits, all while ensuring high-speed and accurate transaction processing.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong proficiency in cash handling. A graduate degree is mandatory, and while 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, we warmly welcome fresh graduates to apply.
