Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in furniture production or a related industry.
Job Summary: Homworks (Prominance) is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure effective production timelines, uphold our quality standards, and optimize resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily production activities
- Supervise team members and machine operators
- Ensure product quality aligns with company standards
- Maintain precise production records
- Collaborate with departments such as QC, Maintenance, and Stores
- Implement safety and compliance policies
