Spree Hotels is currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for registering guests, assigning rooms, and accommodating special requests as needed. You will manage pre-registration processes, coordinate room status updates with housekeeping, and provide detailed information about room types and rates.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding sales abilities to effectively promote hotel services, manage guest check-outs, process reservations, and handle cash transactions with precision. Familiarity with front office equipment is essential for success in this role.
